Imagine a world where interaction with the pictures and people on your TV screen is not only possible, but achievable. Welcome to the world of Vince.
A wannabe illusionist and TV addict, Vince idolises Harry Houdini. So much so that he discovers his much-practised mind-bending techniques have seized control of his set.
Armed with a powerful new influence, Vince begins a series of on-screen incidents involving a host of celebrities including Sinead Quinn and the Hole In The Wall Gang. Given access to this star-studded world, Vince helps himself to one or two souvenirs along the way until an icy encounter with James Nesbitt and Gerry Kelly puts pay to his mischievous antics. Propelled back to reality, Vince sets about achieving his ultimate goal a recreation of Houdini's famous underwater escape.
Fusing film, TV, theatre, and high-risk illusion this stunning one-man show was a stunningly energetic drama and exceptional entertainment.
