• A floating theatre with a pool of water at its centre

• A temporary installation, which is transportable by road to other locations in the future

• Moored to a quay/pontoon, and reached via a fixed gangway

• Provisional launch date in 2013 as part of Derry’s City of Culture celebrations

• A unique venue presenting a varied programme of water-themed work, ranging from water shows to aerial work, music/choral recitals, films, video installations, performance art, story-telling, poetry readings and floating art exhibitions

• A learning environment for maritime heritage, environmental studies and island culture and identity
